2025 OAS-CAHPS^® Pricing

Web with Mail Follow-Up:	$350 per month
Mail Only:	$400 per month
Phone Only:	$700 per month
Web with Phone Follow-Up:	$750 per month
Mail with Phone Follow-Up:	$950 per month

From now and until 2025, get Web with Mail Follow-Up for only $250 per month AND we will provide complimentary SMS/Email surveying to all individuals not included in the initial monthly sample.

Above pricing is for Ambulatory Surgery Centers only. Starting in 2025, CMS's OAS-CAHPS target for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) is 200 completed surveys yearly. Please call for HOPD pricing.

Sign up now for a setup fee of just $50.

Each month, we'll gather sufficient samples to meet CMS's objective of completing 18 surveys. Following that, we'll extend our surveying efforts, at no additional cost, to reach out to individuals not covered in the initial monthly sample through SMS/Email.

The OAS-CAHPS^® Survey Survey is designed to measure patients’ experiences with care received from Medicare-certified hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs) & ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

The standardized OAS-CAHPS^® Survey instrument is composed of the following measures:

Quality of Patient Care
Communication Between Providers & Patients
Preparations for Discharge & Recovery

Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) quota is 300 & is mandatory starting in 2024.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) quota is 200 & is mandatory starting in 2025.
