Unlike the CMS HH-CAHPS® survey, the INSIGHT survey is designed to help you identify patients who may be unhappy or likely to give a low score in the future. By surveying patients not selected in the monthly HH-CAHPS® sample, we can help you proactively address potential issues and improve patient satisfaction.
As part of our service, we also provide a list of "Do's and Don'ts" and a "How to improve your scores" fact sheet to help you make data-driven decisions and improve patient care.
